We will look at how to cast on, how to start knitting in the round, the differences between knitting flat and knitting in the round and how to form common stitch patterns (garter stitch, stocking stitch and rib).

Expereince:  You should be comfortable with basic knitting (cast on, knit and purl stitches), no experience of knitting in the round is needed.

Materials: A ball of chunky yarn to knit your cowl with is included.

You will need to bring a pair of 6.5mm 60cm circular knitting needles.
