All orders are sent by fully-tracked services.

Once dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can check in on your order's progress.

* Working days are Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays. Order before 2pm Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch.

Dispatch Time:
We aim to dispatch same-day for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

International Shipping:
International shipping is currently available to Ireland, Canada and Australia. We utilise a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This ensures all duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront, preventing any additional charges upon delivery.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination.

Contacting you:
We sometimes need to contact you about your order before shipping. Please double check you contact information and be ready to respond to avoid delays to your order.

Terms:
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, dispatch may be delayed.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the details you provided when ordering.
We reserve the right to use an alternative shipping supplier if we assess it to the safest and quickest option. (for example: in the event of strikes, severe weather, abnormal weights or quantities etc.)

Large Items:
Some items such as swifts fall outside of standard parcel dimensions and are subject to a small surcharge. This enables us to use a quality tracked service to deliver your order.
