Online Returns Policy
For purchase made through our website and over the phone including 'Click & Collect"
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for eligible items.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@oxfordyarn.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, complete with any labels/tags, and in its original packaging. Please note all yarn will be weighed and must not be rewound. You’ll also need the receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked service when returning items so you know if and when it reaches us safely.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods including magazines, single patterns etc.
Any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Sale items
Discontinued products (including discontinued colours of specific yarns)
Gift cards

Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges. You can return any unwanted items as per the term of this policy, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and update you on the status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@oxfordyarn.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. We will not be able to process refunds, returns or exchange for any item without a receipt. We offer printed receipts for every sale. In addition, digital copies via text or email are available at the point of sale. Please ask a member of staff if you would like more information.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, complete with any labels/tags, and in its original unopened packaging. Please note all yarn will be weighed and must not be rewound.
• Damaged Items: If you discover a defect or damage, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it in accordance with your statutory rights.
