Brioche is a beautiful stitch that creates a soft, drapey and reversible knitted fabric and currently is a popular technique among designers, being use in a whole host of shawl and garment patterns. In this class we’ll learn the basic principles of working Brioche in one and two colours.
Materials required: 50g each of double knit weight yarn in contrasting colours and a 4.5mm 60cm long circular knitting needle (two colour brioche cannot be worked on single point needles). We will be knitting "flat" in the class.
Skill level: this is an intermediate knitting class so you should be comfprtable with the basics of knitting and reading and following simple writted instructions.
